Narwhal’s Crafted (“Narwhal’s,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit narwhalscrafted.com or use our related online services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site (catering inquiries, job applications, franchise inquiries, donation and fundraising requests, or contact forms), make a reservation, place an order, buy a gift card, or join Narbucks rewards, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site. This can include your browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at our site, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

Google User Data

Our internal business tools, used only by Narwhal’s staff, connect to Google services such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Google Analytics through Google sign-in. These tools access only our own company accounts. We use that data solely to manage our own advertising, business listings, and guest reviews, and to report on how they are performing.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising to individuals, or share it with anyone except as needed to provide these features, to comply with the law, or with the account owner’s permission. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, with the Narwhal’s location your request is about (some of our locations are independently owned and operated franchises), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our guests and business.

Cookies & Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings.

Keeping Information Safe

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website or online service can promise perfect security.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 and older.

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at the address below and we’ll respond as required by the laws that apply to you.

These terms apply to your use of narwhalscrafted.com and our related online services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Alcohol & Age

Our cocktails contain alcohol and are sold only to guests 21 and older with valid ID, including for pickup and delivery. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive. To-go cocktails follow local law, which may require food with your order.

Menu, Prices & Hours

Menu items, prices, hours, and events can vary by location and may change without notice. We work to keep the site accurate, but errors can happen, and we may correct them at any time.

Orders, Gift Cards, Rewards & Reservations

Online orders, gift cards, and Narbucks rewards are provided through Toast and are also subject to Toast’s terms. Gift cards and rewards have no cash value except where the law requires. Reservations are subject to availability and to each location’s policies.

Franchise Locations

Some Narwhal’s locations are independently owned and operated franchises. Each location is responsible for its own service, orders, and policies.

Our Content

The Narwhal’s name, logos, photos, artwork, and other site content belong to Narwhal’s Crafted or its licensors. Please don’t copy or use them without our written permission.

What You Send Us

When you send us feedback, ideas, photos, or reviews, you give us permission to use them to run and promote our business. Please don’t send anything that is unlawful or that you don’t have the right to share.

Links to Other Sites

Our site links to services we don’t control, such as ordering, delivery, and social media sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

Disclaimers & Limits

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Narwhal’s Crafted is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be waived.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
